Jazz Town USA envisions a future where musicians and music educators are no longer forced to choose between their art and stable housing. After several years of searching for a development partner with the experience, skills, and shared values necessary to build a truly artist-centered, responsibly built community, that vision began to take shape.

The turning point came with the introduction to Winnie Tang, owner of Moli Construction, a developer who immediately recognized the importance of protecting and uplifting the creative community. Sharing the belief that artists are essential to the cultural and economic fabric of our cities, she agreed to join the International Jazz Day AZ Foundation as a development partner to bring Jazz Town USA to life.

Together, we envision Jazz Town USA as a sustainable, affordable, and vibrant community—one that provides musicians and educators with secure housing, creative space, and a supportive environment where jazz, education, and culture can thrive for generations to come.
